A controlled room,in Kota Kinabalu.
Clean leaves, every week of the year, no seasons, no spray.
36
heads in half a square metre
~90%
less water than soil, recirculated
0
pesticides, a starting condition
365
days a year, no seasonal gaps
What “indoor” means
Climate, not weather.
Our greens grow in a controlled room, not a field. Temperature, light and water are set to what the plant wants, so there's no reason for pesticides, and the water recirculates instead of draining away. A wet month or a dry one makes no difference to the leaf in your hand.
Why Sabah
Grown here, eaten here.
The farm is in Kota Kinabalu, the same city as the kitchens and kitchens-to-be that buy from us. That means a leaf can be cut in the morning and on a plate the same day, instead of trucked from the highlands or flown in from overseas. Fresh isn't a slogan; it's a short distance.
