Most of the salad on Sabah's tables has travelled a long way: trucked down from the highlands, or flown in on a plane. By the time it reaches a fridge in Kota Kinabalu, the best of it is already behind it.

From one idea to Sabah's tables.

    Founded in Kota Kinabalu

    A Leaf began as one founder's idea: Cornelius set out to give Sabah chefs and families greens as fresh as the city they're grown in.

  2. 2023

    Fully indoor

    Moved fully indoors, growing leafy greens in a controlled farm in Kota Kinabalu. A leaf can be cut in the morning and on a plate the same day. Zero pesticides, no seasons.

  3. Today

    On Sabah tables

    A Leaf supplies restaurants and hotels across Sabah, and is bringing packaged greens to supermarket shelves. Grown in Sabah, for Sabah.
